A written report is also maintained that includes: audit findings; written assessment of whether or not quality goals are being reached; and suggestions to improve the program due to changes such as in technology, quality concepts and standards or regulations. Distribution List This report reflects current operations, and therefore is often updated and revised. The QA Manager/Officer has responsibility for incorporating changes and ensuring that the changes are reviewed and approved by the management, as indicated by their dated signature(s) on the signature page.
